E1: E1PAGE: After Upgrade an Instance to Tools 9.2.x.x, E1 Pages not Available for Instances That is Still in Tools 9.1.x

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer recently installed Tools 220.127.116.11 on a multi-foundation platform, so now customer has both Tools 18.104.22.168 and Tools 22.214.171.124 instances.
Both environment are sharing the same data sets.
After JAS restart, the E1Pages are available in the Tools 126.96.36.199 environment but not anymore in environment with Tools 188.8.131.52
Is this normal ?
