Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer recently installed Tools 184.108.40.206 on a multi-foundation platform, so now customer has both Tools 220.127.116.11 and Tools 18.104.22.168 instances.
Both environment are sharing the same data sets.
After JAS restart, the E1Pages are available in the Tools 22.214.171.124 environment but not anymore in environment with Tools 126.96.36.199
Is this normal ?
