When the year-end form is created and the employee CPP/QPP and/or EI/QPIP has to be updated (could be required to move to a different form) - the system does not allow for the user to also update the employer related amounts. Therefore, when the XML is created, the employee and employer amounts do not match and the CRA issues a outage notification where each item that is out has to be itemized. Requesting that the year-end adjustment form (and amendment form) has the employer related tax fields open for adjustment in order to keep the employee and employer amounts in sync.
