E1: 31: Availability Checking for Component Items of a Parent Item Work Order

With Availability Checking turned 'On', Sales Orders goes on backorder when there is no availability of the Finished Goods Parent Item. Require a similar functionality with Work Orders which will check the availability of Component Items associated with a Parent Item Work Order. If the Component Items are not available or short, will not allow the status of the Work Order to be updated.
