Symptoms

When attempting to login into JDEPLAN on the newly installed deployment server, the following error occurs "Error opening F98MOQUE table". The OUI installer had reported the installation of the deployment server to be successful.

 

In some cases after this error, an incomplete solution explorer with no functionality is loaded.

 

The following errors are thrown in the jde.log
