E1 : INST: After Successful Installation of Deployment Server , Login Into JDEPLAN Fails With "Error opening F98MOQUE table"

When attempting to login into JDEPLAN on the newly installed deployment server , the following error occurs "Error opening F98MOQUE table". The OUI installer had reported the installation of the deployment server to be successful.


In some cases after this error , an incomplete solution explorer with no functionality is loaded.


The following errors are thrown in the jde.log
