It is observed that specific users are no longer able to invoke any business services which calls business functions.
A few transactions work fine but after a certain period of idle time the transaction fails.
Logs have the following severe errors:
[SEVERE][KERNEL]*ERROR* RemoteUser: execute:COSE#1011 Remote user initilization failed.
[WARN ] - [RUNTIME] *ERROR* CallObject@7a2b6871: The business function being executed is causing a problem
Caused By: com.jdedwards.system.connector.dynamic.ServerFailureException: Fail to execute BSFNMethod com.jdedwards.system.kernel.CallObjectSystemException: The business function being executed is causing a problem.
