Symptoms

Application Release 9.1
Tools Release 9.1.5.7

At certain browser window size, calendar visual assist does not appear or only partially visible.
Issue is worst if browser zoom is more than 100%

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. On e1 web client
2. Fast path to BV, find R44H700, select any version with no security
3. From row exit select processing options
4. Move the scroll bar all the way down
5. Click on the date field Commitment Effective Date (#10)
6. Click on the date visual assist icon.
7. The calendar visual assist dialog box does not appear or appear partially
