When entering a Direct Ship Order (SD/OD) through the CSS Web portal and when using the visual assist to look up an item and bring the item into the sales
order then error Open cursor for cache B4302180G264143 failed is issued. This only happens when Visual Assist is used and when P41829W - Item Word
Search is set up for Customer Self Service which triggers the P40ITMM3 to be displayed as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Set up P4210, ZJDE0010 to create SD/OD
2) Processing options P41829W, ZJDE0002 Make sure Customer Self Service is activated
3) Run Shopping cart, P4210
4) Enter quantity and take visual assist for item number
5) In P41829W Find item and click Select
6) P40ITM3 is displayed
7) View Shopping cart after adding this item and click Add to Shopping Cart
8) In Shopping cart drop off line and receive error "Open cursor for cache B4302180G264143 failed"
9) Note: When P41829W processing options for Customer Self Service is not activated the P40ITM3 is not displayed and the order can be completed without error
