Goal
After doing an application upgrade from an earlier release like Xe to a later release like 9.2, is it mandatory to do the Unicode conversion? Knowing the fact that the database size would increase substantially during Unicode conversion, can we continue to run Business Data and Control Tables in Non-Unicode format?
