Order and Expedite B Message created with a Request Date that is less than the Start Date.
In particular, for a Lot for Lot, Forecast Consumption planning data item setup with min, max, multiple quantities, with freeze fence days, and frozen work order supply order, R3483 MRP planning generates an Order and Expedite B Message with a Request Date that is less than the Start Date and is inside the freeze fence days and is therefore placed in the time series past due 2 date bucket.
