E1: SCHED: Jobs Fail to Submit With "No Password for Job [JOB_NAME]"

After revising a scheduled job straight from Advanced Options, every subsequent launch attempt will fail with the following error:
The same scheduled job will run successfully if the job will be revised from "Job Revisions" and then go to "Advanced Options" and make the same changes
