When processing MOC W, Y and To Be Committed Amounts/Units and there is no entry made in the column in the subsequent month the Amounts/Units entered in these columns automatically reverse. It is an impossible task to expect that every line on every job will be re-entered every month on over 200 jobs where the number of rows to be forecast on a single job can be up to 9,000. The program needs to be corrected so that the values in these columns do not reverse.
Required: Correct the interactive program P51F100 so that amounts/Units entered in the EAC, ETC and To Be Committed columns do not reverse.
Recommended: Populate the To Be Committed and EAC values with the prior amounts. The ETC amounts/Units should be populated with the EAC at the outset of the forecast less the Actual which will back calculate the current ETC.
