Build Location Detail Information (R46820) report is wrongly re-calculating the Used Cubic Dimension in P4602 Location Detail to a negative value when the level 1 UOM is used as Pallet (U/M Usage = 1 in P46011).

1. Set the dimensions for an item (by PL, CA, EA). Note: U/M Usage for PL = 1 (Used as a Pallet).
2. P41002 :
1 PL = 972 CA = 17496 EA
1 CA = 18 EA
3. There are 180 EA in 1.A.1 location (would fit in 10 CA)
4. Customer runs the R46820 in order to recalculate the F4602 based on F41021. Run the report with PO1 = 1 (using the standard UOM structure).
The F4602 will be recalculated using PL as a Level 1 UOM. This is correct as per the PO1 = 1.
Notice the report re-calculates incorrectly the Used Cubic Dimension in F4602, and the same wrong value is displayed in P46220 as well. It is a negative value.
