When using JDE E1 - Statistics Refresh (R03B16A) and Calculating the High Balance for last 12 months only for Parent and Child Relationship, Child High Balance amount and date is being saved correctly but Parent is not in the A/R Statistical History Tables (F03B16 / F03B16S). Parent records are not updating based upon the processing options on the Summary tab for Number of Days in Summary and Thru Date.
High Balance is calculated by using the Calculate High Balance processing option in conjunction with the Number of Days and Thru Date for Summary processing option to specify the subset of detail records from the A/R Statistical History table (F036B16) that you want the system to summarize into records to include in the A/R Statistical Summary table (F03B16S).
For example, if you specify 365 in the Number of Days for Summary processing option and enter a Thru Date of 12/31/15, the system updates the F03B16S table with periodic records from the F03B16 that have dates between 01/01/15 and 12/31/15. Child records are being updated correctly in F03B16 / F03B16S tables but the Parent records are not being updated with the correct High Balance amount and date.
