E1: 42: Inventory Commitment Preference Displays Incorrect B/P Information In F4211 For A Split Line
(Doc ID 2161206.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Entry - Version 9.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When entering in a Sales Order during Sales Order Entry (P4210) with Inventory Commitment Preference turned on, the incorrect Branch Plant information is written to the F4211. This occurs when there is not enough inventory in one Branch Plant Location so it splits the line and adds another Branch Plant according to the Inventory Commitment Preference setup. Fields that are not updated correctly include Category Codes - SRP1, SRP2, etc. All fields should default from the F4102 detail line MCU. Not just the fields mentioned.
