F4102/Net Change Not Update - Not Processing Lower Level Config Components
When a new SO or WO are created for a configured item, and the parts list is NOT attached to the work order, the net change F4102/MRPC is NOT set to Y,
and therefore does NOT plan the lower level components.
However, If MRP with a full Gross Regen is ran with the processing option set for the 3. Configurator Components Table in the manufacturing mode is set to process
the configured items, they will be planned even when a parts list is not attached.
This happens both when the parts (F3215) for the configured items are a manufactured Sub Assembly or phantom Item
