E1: AIS How To Send JSON Application Stack Call For Power Form - Click "Related Actions" Tab (Doc ID 2162304.1)

Symptoms

Customer is attempting to make an app stack call in a Power Form via Orchestrator Studio and when trying to determine the correct control ID for the "Related Actions" the control IDs are different between the HTML client and the fat client.

When trying to make an app stack call to P90CG503 from P90CG501 it does not work.

 



The control ID should be the same via HTML client and fat client in order to make the call successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run P17500 from FASTPATH or menu structure
2. Find a Case in the Case Entry Screen
3. Click the Case Number hyperlink
4. Clicking the “Related Actions” tab will bring you to the P90CG503
