E1: 42: GetSalesOrderV2 Creates Scientific Notation In Exchange Rate Tag

On : 9.2 version, BSSV

When attempting to retrieve sales order data using GetSalesOrderV2 the data in the rateExchangeOverride is showing in scientific notation for data created in a non-currency env.


Steps to Duplicate

1) P4210. Enter a 1 line stock sales order in a non-currency env.
2) JP420000 getSalesOrderV2. Run the BSSV.
3) Note in the response the tag contains 0E-7 scientific notation.
4) If you look in the Oracle DB the actual value is 0 with no decimals.
