E1: 15: Recurring Billing Global Update Program (R15116) Incorrectly Updates Taxable Amount

When running the Recurring Billing Global Selection (R15021) and Recurring Billing Global Update (R15116), with a follow up with R15116 in Update Mode to create the new Recurring Billing entries, R15116 will update Recurring Billing Information with billing lines where the taxable amount greater than gross amount and/or leaves taxable amount is blank.
This situation occurs in the following situation:
- Recurring Billing Information setup for a lease that has multiple units and RB has multiple bill code lines.
- Processing options For R15021 is set to update the records with a new start date
- Processing Options for R15116 is set to update the records using Method of Increase is 5-New Amount per Sq ft
The R15116 (Edit Mode) report will display the correct calculated amounts for new Bill Amount.
When the user runs R15116 in Update Mode with Batch from previous calculation, the R15116 shows the correct calculated amounts but when reviewing the Recurring Billing Information, new Recurring Billings lines sometimes has a Taxable Amount greater than the Gross Amount or the Taxable Amount is blank and the Gross Amount has the correct value.
