E1: 42:Sales Order Extended Amounts Do Not Match With Taxed Unit Price (P42101/P4210/R4210IC) (Doc ID 2162908.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 06, 2020

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Processing - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Two Use Cases have been reported:

CASE #1: While creating Intercompany order using Create Intercompany Orders (R4210IC) with taxes on Sales (SK) order, there are rounding differences between the SI Extended Cost and SK Extended Price with P4210 Processing Option "Cost or Base Price Markup" setup to use Cost. This issue occurs only with Taxed Unit Price turned on in System Constants (P41001)

CASE #2: When entering a sales order with Customer Service Sales Order Entry (P42101) with Use Taxed Prices checkbox checked in the Order Header Revisions screen, the untaxed Extended Price (F4211.AEXP) is not calculating correctly. For example a untaxed unit price of 1.9681 times 15,500 units is calculating an Extended Price of 30,505.41 when it should be calculated as 30,505.55. If the test is performed with Use Taxed Prices checkbox unchecked the Untaxed Extended Price is correctly calculated as 30,505.55.
