E1: SVM: 9.1x Agent Not Showing Up In 9.2x Console - Error: The client negotiated profiles do not match the server required profiles (Doc ID 2164197.1)

Upgrading Tools Release from 9.1x to 9.2x and also switching deployment servers in the process.  The old deployment server has the 9.1x Server Manager console running on it and the new deployment server has the 9.2x SM console. Trying to move an existing server, which has the 9.1x agent running on it, to the new 9.2x Server Manager console. After modifying the file to point to the new deployment server and restarting the SM console and agent services, the server doesn't show up in the new 9.2 console. The following is seen in the e1agent_0.log:

Able to ping back and forth between servers by ip address and hostname, and hosts file has been configured on each. The issue has also been seen after a new/fresh install of the Server Manager console and agent where the agent does not show up in the console.  The following is seen in the agent log file:
