E1: DB: Personal Queries List is Not Accessible in Databrowser

In E1, after opening data browser for the first time it will show the list of personal queries (if there are any for the user). If we close and reopen the data browser application with in same JDE log in session, personal queries drop down is not accessible, it shows just "None". To access the queries again, user need to log out of E1 and log back in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE
1) Open Data browser by entering fast path Data browser E1 web client.
2) New data browser window will be opened with list of personal queries.
3) Click on close link which is displayed in Data browser window.
4) Once data browser is closed just reopen it using step 1. So once it is reopened, personal query drop down will just show None.
