Goal

How to Copy Missing Data Dictionary Items from Data Dictionary Local to Data Dictionary - xxx (For example: Data Dictionary - 920).

One scenario for following the steps in this document is when an ESU is correctly applied to Datasource = Data Dictionary - 920, but the user is attempting to use/access other data dictionary tables.

The jde.log will include errors such as:
JDBRS_GetColumnSpecs of data item xxxxx failed. See JDE.LOG for details
JDB9900290 - Failed to read a valid dictionary struct
JDB9900293 - Failed to read specifications
