P4112 Inventory Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
F4111.FRTO is inconsistent for create and reversal process of Inventory Issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Create an Inventory Issue transaction using P4112
2.Notice that in F4111.FRTO the value is populated as F for this transaction.
3.Query back into the same Inventory Issue transaction and take the Row exit | Reverse to reverse the same.
4.Notice in F4111.FRTO that for this reversal the field is populated as blank.
5.As per final disposition of BUG 22298956 - FRTO COLUMN IN F4111 TABLE WHEN REVERSING INVENTORY ISSUE, the FRTO is intended for Inventory Transfer (P4113) and Item Reclassification (P4116) only, since they are two sided transaction i.e., from and to. Inventory issue is a one sided transaction and hence system does not consider the FRTO field in case of reversing.
6.Hence in such a scenario, if P4112 is considered as a one sided transaction then F4111.FRTO should not be populated as F even during the creation of Inventory Issue for the first time.
7.Reason being F4111.FRTO is populated as blank rather than T for reversal.
8.However if it’s correct to populate F4111.FRTO as F for create functionality, then reversal should have a value of T.
9.This is to ensure that F4111.FRTO is consistent for both these processes of creation and reversal having the same document number.
10.Expectation is that Either both the records should be blank OR both need to be populated like F/T accordingly.
