Symptoms

When creating a work order for an equipment record, the system will automatically default the first phone number from the customer address book record attached to the equipment. This could cause privacy issues in the event an equipment's address book record belongs to an employee and a private number displays on the work order header.

The request is to add a processing option to the P13714, P17714 and P90CD002 to allow the user to choose which phone type from UDC 01/PH to default into the work order header. This could be similar to processing option 15 in the Defaults tab for the P90CG002, Case MBF Processing Option.
