After upgrading Tools Release from to, debugging business function with Visual Studio 2013 fails with the error: "activConsole.exe has triggered a breakpoint".

The following errors like "Cannot find or open the PDB file" and Heap error can also be seen in the Visual Studio debug output window. 


Client Access Service Pack Level is updated to SI57907 recently.
