E1: BSFN: Debugging Business Function Results in Error "activConsole.exe has triggered a breakpoint" after Client Access Service Pack Level Update

Symptoms

After upgrading Tools Release from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.0.3, debugging business function with Visual Studio 2013 fails with the error: "activConsole.exe has triggered a breakpoint".



The following errors like "Cannot find or open the PDB file" and Heap error can also be seen in the Visual Studio debug output window. 



Changes

Client Access Service Pack Level is updated to SI57907 recently.
