E1: 47: P90CA082 - Default Settings In Setting Up New Customers Through CRM (Doc ID 2170400.1)

Last updated on JUNE 07, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne EDI - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

For customers to be enabled for EDi, the batch processing mode in the customer master need to be equal to P. Customers can be created by 2 applications, the address book P01013 and added in the P03013 as a customer or in the P90CA080 application.
If the data dictionary default value for the field EDPM (batch processing mode) is changed from default value of "I" to "P" it should automatically retrieve this one when a customer is created.
While the customer is created by the P90CA080 the value added for the batch processing mode is always "I" ignoring the default value set up in the DD as "P".
If the customer is created by the address book and added in the customer master, the default value will be "P".
