E1:SVM: Unable to change WebLogic Administrative Password In Server Manager

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Weblogic user password has been changed and all instances are running E1 successfully. But can not successfuly update the Weblogic Admin password in Server Manager.
The field turns red when trying to change the Weblogic password in Server Manager.
