E1: SOLEXP: Menu Filtering and Version Override Changes Not Displaying When Logged In with *ALL (Doc ID 2172530.1)

Symptoms

Menu Filtering and Task Overrides works correctly if user uses a specific role, but does not take into effect if user sign on with * ALL role.

Scenario #1: Tasks Overrides Issue

1. Several Roles were setup and assigned to the user
2. Did an Override on tasks, then saved the changes to the Role
3. Refreshed the cache through server manager
4. Logged into the web client using *ALL and cannot see the task override
5. Selected a specific Role from the Role Drop Down and can see the overrides

Scenario #2 : Menu Filtering Issue

1. Several Roles were setup and assigned to the user
2. Applied Menu Filtering on tasks based on Roles
3. Refreshed the cache through server manager
4. Logged into the web client using *ALL and cannot see the changed Menu Filtering
5. Selected a specific Role from the Role Drop Down and can see the Menu Filtering
