E1: 17: Add Price Override Code Functionality to Work Order Workfile Generation

(Doc ID 2174105.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 19, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

If the user overrides the Actual Billable units/rate in the Work Order Parts or Labor detail, the R1775 will re-price this overridden value if the Parts/Labor Pricing processing option is set to 1. If there are other billable parts or labor lines that need to be re-priced, lines that were overridden will not keep the desired rate. Therefore it is not possible to have a mix of parts/labor lines that have overridden unit prices and lines that need to have billables re-priced when the R1775 is run.

The request is to allow overridden billable units to be maintained but still have the re-pricing functionality in the R1775 active. This could work similar to the PROV (Price Override Code) field in sales.
