E1: OMW: Adding All Solution Explorer Records Task To The Project Fails with Error "User XXXX, not Authorized"

Symptoms

When adding All Solution Explorer Records Task to the project , The transfer fails with error "User XXXX, not Authorized".

The user has all privileges in OMW and also have privileges to transfer "All Inclusive Task Views" and "All Solution Explorer Records" in OMW allowed actions.

Select ALL SOLUTION EXPLORER RECORDS and click Add Object button



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to OMW and create a new project with Status 21 and change role to 06 (PVC Administrator)
2. Search object by Category=Solution Explorer, Search Type=Task ID, Search=ALL*
3. Select ALL SOLUTION EXPLORER RECORDS and click Add Object button
4. You will receive error ‘User XXXX, not Authorized’

In the jdedebug.log following errors will be logged:
