E1: 51: Option to Prevent Profit Recognition Journal Entries from Being Voided

(Doc ID 2176674.1)

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Project Costing - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the profit recognition process in job cost the Understanding Create Journal Entries (R51444) creates profit recognition journal entries for both revenue and cost accounts based on the percentage of completion of the job at any time during the progress of the job.  It is not recommended that these
entries are deleted after they are created, so the DLNA field in the F0911 is populated with a "J" so the journal entry cannot be deleted from P0911.  This functions as designed, but the user still has the ability to void the journal entries from the row exit in P0911.  It is requested that there is an option that will allow users to prevent these journal entries from being voided.
