Enterprise Server Operating System (OS) and service pack: IBM i 7.1
Database Type/Version: DB2i
Client: Fat client
 
AFFECTED APPLICATION
Work With Batch Versions (BV / P98305) when running R98ABSFN locally on fat client or deployment server
 
ISSUE SUMMARY
You are running report R98ABSFN locally on your deployment server to generate business function documentation, following the steps in
E1: BSFN: Business Function and API Documentation (Doc ID 626628.1)
but the report does not complete successfully.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE
1. Log into E1 from the deployment server or fat client
2. Run R98ABSFN, overriding the location and submitting locally
3. The report does not complete successfully
 
ERROR MESSAGES (ON-SCREEN AND IN LOGS)
Error On-Screen (R98ABSFN_Error.PNG):
"ubeprint.exe: ubeprint.exe has stopped working.
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program
-> Debug the program
