E1: SEC: Unable To Change System User For Existing User in P98LPSEC When Long User Enabled in Tools Release 9.2.x (Doc ID 2177010.1)

Symptoms

When long user and long password is enabled, Unable to change the system user attached to the user through application P98LPSEC.

Open P98LPSEC application and search for any user(Eg:JDE) click on select button.

Data Source Revisions Form (P98LPSECP) will be opened. It does not show the current system user attached to the user (Eg:JDE), also not showing expected Visual assist.

If a new system user name is entered manually and click on OK, changes will not be saved in table and P98LPSEC application shows no change in System user value.
