The Save icon is grayed out in the UDO object manager, example in Query Manager, when a user tries to create a new Advanced Query in 18.104.22.168 Tools Release. User Defined Object Action Security is already set in the Security Workbench application (P00950) to allow users to Create, Publish and Modify following <Document 2072336.1> - "E1: SEC: Setting up View, Manage, and Action Security for the User Defined Objects (UDO) available with 9.2 and newer ".
