Symptoms
The Save icon is grayed out in the UDO object manager, example in Query Manager, when a user tries to create a new Advanced Query in 9.2.0.2 Tools Release. User Defined Object Action Security is already set in the Security Workbench application (P00950) to allow users to Create, Publish and Modify following <Document 2072336.1> - "E1: SEC: Setting up View, Manage, and Action Security for the User Defined Objects (UDO) available with 9.2 and newer ".
This may occur for any User Defined Object type such as One View Reports (OVR) , WATCHLIST, QUERY, FORMAT, E1PAGE, etc .
