Symptoms

Configured detail lines are not cleared after inventory has been selected from the P3210 for an existing configured sales order

A configured sales order is placed with a S line type with WADL = 1. After selecting the configuration in the P3210 and saving the order the inventory is available a couple of weeks later. At this time the user goes back into the sales order and accesses the P3210 for Kit/Configurator and the inventory is now available. The inventory is selected and the order is saved again. However, the detail lines still exist

Expect to have the detail lines cleared once the inventory is selected from the P3210


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A configured sales order is placed with a S line type with WADL = 1.
2. After selecting the configuration in the P3210 and saving the order the inventory doesn't become available until a couple of weeks later.
3. At this time the user goes back into the sales order and accesses the P3210 for Kit/Configurator and the inventory is now available.
4. The inventory is selected and the order is saved again.
5. The component lines are not cleared or closed
