When running R060116P, processing Change batch transactions from F060116Z for the same employee on two consecutive or different days, the program is automatically creating a new AB Effective Address record (F0116) for the employee, regardless of an existing effective address record.
Also, the process does not check to see if the address in the new transaction is the same as the prevailing effective address (address has not changed). The process should compare the address in the transaction against the current effective address and only create a new record if the address has differences. Also, if the address fields in the batch transaction are blank/null (indicating no address change should occur, the process should skip effective address lookups and updates altogether.
