E1: 76B: ICMS Basis (BBCL) Field Not Populated When ICMS Code (BFII) Field In Table F7611B Is 2 Or 3 (Doc ID 2182404.1)

Application: Nota Fiscal Generation (R76558B)

When entering brand new sales order where ICMs tax code is 2 (Exempt or Non-taxable) or 3 (Other), at time Nota Fiscal is generated using R76558B application; ICMs tax basis is not calculated in Nota Fiscal (F7611B) table.
It is expected that even if ICMS is not taxable, the system to calculate ICMS basis in Nota Fiscal. The business impact due to this issue is that users are able to generate Nota fiscal but ICMS basis field is not populated and it will generate inaccuracy in ICMS tax records ahead.
