When a user enters a medical leave request through Leave Management (P07640), and that request is either automatically approved or erroneously approved the status is changed multiple times. For example, the request is changed from approved back to pending until proper documentation is received for the medical leave request. The user then approves the request again once the documentation has been received, but doing-so causes the system to clear the User ID, Date Updated, Work Station ID, etc. audit fields from the Leave Transactions table (F07620).
