Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Payroll General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ADP TaxService Quarterly File TC / R89078502

NV0023 record for the Healthcare component of Nevada Bus Tax is incorrect in the ADP Quarterly file when it is a negative amount for the quarter.
The code reads the F06136 Tax History and if they find a 29-H, than NV0023 is created. Most employees are correct except when the 29-H wages for the quarter are a negative number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The program should not care if the wages are positive or negative, it is just supposed to report in NV0023 all the DBA's with a W-2 code setup of "DD".
