Symptoms
Frequent zombies are reported for RUNUBE.exe which are executing Report Definition (RD) jobs. Non-RD based jobs do not experience this issue. These jobs finish with a status of "D" in submitted jobs, but the processes still end up as zombies. So the crash is happening AFTER the jobs have completed and BEFORE RUNUBE.exe process is able to end gracefully.
