E1: 43: Item/Lot - Mixing Not Allowed (134Q) Error Should Highlight Lines In Conflict (Doc ID 2186431.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 24, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the Item Location Mix Lot (F4100.MIXL) setting is 1 (one item per location) or 2 (one item lot per location), if the user attempts to receive more than one item or more than one lot number with the same location, the PO Receipts (P4312) program issues the error "Item/Lot - Mixing Not Allowed (134Q)". This is occurring as expected, but, the lot or item that is incorrect is not highlighted in red to indicate which lines are the ones with locations that should not be mixed between two items or lots. When there are many lines being received on the PO, it can be difficult for the user to determine which lines need to be changed to avoid the error. Is there any way to configure the system to highlight the lines with errors in red?
