E1: 17: P17500 Triggers Error "Return Primary Asset Number"

P17500 - Case Entry – Work with Case Management

When clicking Find in P17500, form W17500A and trying to open an existing case, for each record that has “EquipmentNumber_ASII <> Blank and Null”, the system opens another form W17011SA that requires a choice from the list. The choice is then inserted into the grid but every time when user clicks Find, application P17011S, form W17011SA pops out again and another record is inserted into the grid.
If pressing FIND 5 times, the grid has 5 rows.
When closing the application and reopening and clicking Find, there is only one record in the grid.
If the user does not select the equipment from P17011S, form W17011SA but tries to close the pop-up window, the error ID 0626 - "Asset Number Invalid - Input" is displayed in the header of P17500 application.
