Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the parts are issued on a service work order for an item with no prices, the Actual billable Unit (ACUNB) is equal to 0 and Actual Billable Amount (TOTB) is equal to 0 as well.
After running R1775, with option Parts/Labor Pricing set to blank the Actual Billable Amount (TOTB) is updated to a value greater than 0 (= The estimated Billable Unit Price multiplied by the Actual Quantity by the Percent Not Covered) while the Actual billable Unit (ACUNB) remains 0.

The same happens on labor detail. Total Billed (TOTB) is updated to a value greater than 0, while the Actual billable Rate (ACRTB) remains 0.
