Goal

Customer goes into Carton Reorganize - P4620 and adds quantity to a carton using the "Add Item" functionality. There is No error at Carton Reorg P4620 when P4620 Carton Contents related to a Shipment Detail is entered that exceeds the quantity on the Shipment Detail. During ship confirm there is also no error even though the quantity that was added to the carton exceeds the quantity that is on order.

User expects that Carton Reorg P4620 would issue an error when P4620 Carton Contents is added that exceeds the quantity on the Shipment Detail.
