Symptoms

Changing required order quantity in MRP message detail revision P3411 results in incorrect BOM lead time offset calculation in pegging table F3412.

This is also fixing a date change scenario (ex. Change the requested date in Work Order message from 11-25-2016 to 12-25-2016 and save the message).

Also, when changing the 'parent' item order message quantity, the component item(s) Supply & Demand P4021 displays an incorrect Promise Date in Supply and Demand (P4021).
The incorrect Promise Date is off by the sum of the parent item's BOM offset LTs.
