E1: GRID: Grid Row Header Disappears from an Application After Clicking 'Find' Button (Doc ID 2191068.1)

Symptoms

On Tools Release 9.2.x, the grid row header where user can click on the checkbox to select grid record is missing after the user click the Find button in an application. Issue occurs only for a particular user in a particular application and can be duplicated on all machines. Issue occurs in any supported browser types like Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc. 

Before clicking Find button, user can see the grid row header in an application. However after clicking Find button, the grid row header and the checkboxes to select grid record is missing.
