R08119 (1095-C Offer and Coverage Workfile Build)
B0801400 (F08119 Offer and Coverage Workfile Build)

In the processing options for R08119, Benefits Setup tab, provide an additional processing option that allows the user to "Enter the source of the ending Ending Date for processing Employee Enrollment (F08330)." The choices should include at a minimum: EFTE, DUSR, and DTDE.

When the system reviews the Plan IDs to determine each month of coverage, it should use one of the above end dates to determine when coverage ends.

As background, the system currently uses EFTE as the end date, so all of our employees are showing <blank> coverage in December because we use EFTE as our DBA end date, which is a date in November.
