Symptoms
In tools release 9.2.0.3 and above when user has 30+ roles assigned, "Errors on JAS:" displays in Grid Format Manager upon saving grid format and associated call object kernel goes to zombie status.
The User Specific JAS log will include the following entries, returning more than 30 records:
JDBj service [ Role Lookup View] found key [TESTUSER-null-2021-01-22--true-[Ljava.lang.String;@3e745777] in the database, returned 33 records.
JDBj service [ Role Lookup Environment View] found key [TESTUSER-JPD920-null-null-true-null] in the cache, returned 33 records.
