An error is displayed when entering a sales Order in P4210 for which free goods are being used and Substitute/Complementary Items exist.

Fetch from cache F42UI11 failed  (Error ID   078N )
A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: A record does not exist in cache F42UI11 matching the key passed in for the fetch.
RESOLUTION: Verify the key being passed into the fetch is correct and that a record exists in the cache matching that key. Check the JDE.LOG and JDEDEBUG.LOG for additional information.
