E1: UBE: PDF Output Cannot Be Retrieved from a Windows Share Mount-point

After an UBE is submitted and is ending successfully, the PDF output cannot be retrieved.
The OutputDirectory value in jde.ini file under [NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS] section/stanza points to a Windows share mount-point.
In Work with Submitted Jobs the PDF output can be deleted, but cannot be retrieved.
